realizations.

being home has made me learn the important things in life. money doesn't buy happiness. family and friends do.

my cousin sophie, from ohio came for a week visit with my aunt carol. i hadn't seen them in a while (according to my mimi it had been three years but she asks me when i got home every day that she sees me...) it was amazing to see how much sophie has grown up and how similar we are. then the cousins from virginia came for a week and i dropped them off with audrey and claire... my cousins from my moms side. lots of cousin interaction and lots of realizations of how important and amazing family is. the connection between all of us shocked me. i havent seen my VA cousins in 8 years and the similarities were crazy between us all. theres nothing like family. :)

just got back from tahoe where it was raining and cold. luckily will was there to build a fire and keep it going :)

i have a fresh outlook on my life and am ready to finally grow up. i want to become established with a job and all... SOMEONE HIRE ME... and be more independent from my family. i am excited to see what my future holds and where i will end up.. it is refreshing to feel this way. i have felt trapped for far too long!
